Registered Nurse – Angiography | Adelaide

• Delivering evidence-based nursing care to provide exceptional care to every patient;
• Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team consisting of cardiac and vascular surgeons, nurses, technicians, and radiographers to deliver exceptional patient care;
• Ensuring patient and staff safety;
• Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery post-intervention;
• Using industry-leading computer software and adapting to technological changes in both equipment and products. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Current AHPRA Registration;
• Angiography experience;
• Current ALS-1 Certificate;
• Must be located within 30 minutes of the hospital for on-call duties;
• Confident to scrub /scout/monitor (Maclab system);
• Ability to participate in an on-call roster;
• Flexibility to department needs and some overtime will be required;
• Current South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance;
• Excellent customer service and communication skill set;
• Staff must provide evidence of immunity/vaccinations for specified infectious diseases;
• Ability to use initiative, multi-task, and have good problem-solving skills;
• Ability to establish excellent working relationships with our Visiting Medical Officers.

The hospital, located in Adelaide,  is a modern acute facility providing a range of specialties, including obstetric, cardiac, critical care, orthopaedic, surgical, and medical services. The Operating Suite comprises 9 Theatres and operates electively over a 6-day week.

$35.69 -$48.80 per hour.
