Registered Nurse – Scrub Scout (Neurosurgery – Orthopaedics) | Perth

• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, staff, and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and cultures;
• Providing exceptional customer service and person-centred and evidence-based care;
• Providing supervision and preceptorship to Enrolled Nurses, graduates and students and AINs/PSAs;
• Working as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team, managing own work time and personal well-being;
• Leading successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes;
• Being Involved in clinical and compliance auditing.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Registration with AHPRA;
• You will hold a minimum of 3 years of full-time scrub scout experience in orthopaedics and neurosurgery;
• Previous experience with Orthopaedics / Neurosurgery
• Have relevant post-graduate qualifications (desirable);
• Demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients within the perioperative complex;
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team;
• Implementing strategies to ensure quality and risk management are integrated into daily activities.
