With our profound knowledge of the Irish and UK healthcare sectors, IHR Group can quickly let you know which jobs are on offer and where. We always have a wide range of medical jobs listed on our website and we post new jobs most days. Many of these positions have never been advertised anywhere else, giving you first choice of some of the best doctors’, midwives’ and nurses’ jobs in Ireland and the UK.
Searching and applying for jobs can be stressful and time-consuming. At IHR Group, we are happy to deal with most of the chores associated with the job search, job application and job interview processes so you don’t have to.
The service we provide to our candidates is totally free. All the costs will be paid by the hospital or clinic in which we place you.
We have successfully filled numerous healthcare vacancies in Ireland and the UK and we have a 99% placement success rate. With over 10 years’ experience in the healthcare recruitment market, IHR Group is skilled at matching exactly the right people with exactly the right jobs. We almost always get it right.
Send us your CV and tell us which vacancy – or sort of vacancy – you would like to apply for. You can start looking at the jobs listed on our website right now.
If we feel a vacancy may suit you, we will first interview you ourselves. This interview, which will be conducted over the phone, will last about one hour. If we still think you are suitable for the vacancy, we will set up a telephone interview between you and the healthcare provider. We will help you prepare for this interview so the employer can gain a clear and positive picture of your experience, skills, knowledge and personal strengths. If the healthcare provider should wish, we can then organise subsequent rounds of interviews.
If you are offered the job, we can conduct salary and bonus negotiations on your behalf. We will also check your references and can arrange your start date.
Even if you don’t get the job you are interested in, you may be very suitable for other posts. If we hear of any jobs we think you’d be a good match for, we will get in touch.
The candidate is responsible for making sure that he or she complies with all immigration, visa and registration requirements. This website does, however, contain pages clearly listing the steps you need to follow to make sure you satisfy these official demands. These pages also contain links to the relevant government and medical authority websites. Please click here for the UK and here for Ireland.
Communication is of key importance. Feel free to ask questions and request advice, and don’t be afraid to express any worries or doubts. We can help you more effectively if you are clear about the kind of job you want, but if you would like some extra guidance to focus your job search, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Though we will do everything in our power to secure you a good salary with competitive benefits, you need to remain realistic about your pay expectations. The salary you receive will be influenced by market trends (which IHR Group has a deep knowledge of), in addition to your qualifications, work experience and skills.
Please don’t hesitate to start looking at the jobs posted on our website. If you see a role you would like to apply for or if you need any additional information, just send us an email or contact us by phone.
