Registered Nurse – Anaesthetic & Recovery | Brisbane

Duties and responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to:

• Providing technical and clinical support to the Anaesthetist during induction, maintenance, and emergence from anaesthesia;
• Responding to unexpected outcomes and using problem-solving skills to address emergencies in the Perioperative department;
• Complying with all legislative requirements in the workplace, including occupational safety and health acts and workers' compensation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current registration with AHPRA;
• At least 2 years of experience as an anaesthetic nurse;
• Compliance with ACSQHC National standards;
• Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Ability to work well independently and within a team.
