There are exciting openings for Senior Registered Nurses with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care to join the Medical Ward at a private hospital in Hobart. Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Commitment to the delivery of safe, effective, and comprehensive nursing care;
- Working collaboratively within the perioperative healthcare setting;
- Maintaining a professional relationship and working comfortably within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Current Registration with AHPRA;
- Working with Children check;
- Bachelor of Nursing;
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards;
- Good clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Works well independently and within a team;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Proactive, motivated, and customer-focused;
- Proficient computer skills.
REMUNERATION
$51.15 - $54.72 per hour + Shift Allowances.
ABOUT THE FACILITY
The hospital, located in Hobart, is a fully accredited facility with 146 beds providing a unique range of acute services, including general surgery, specialty care in orthopaedics, urology, gynaecology, breast, colorectal, oral, vascular, plastics, obesity surgery, and select surgery for paediatrics. The facility has a Critical Care Unit with 10 beds and a step-down unit with 15 beds.
